  1. Schedule Visa Appointment:

Book an appointment at the nearest Czech embassy or consulate in your country well in advance.

  1. Complete Visa Application Form:

Fill out the visa application form, available on the embassy or consulate website, and ensure it is signed.

  1. Prepare Required Documents:

Gather all necessary documents to support your visa application. Refer to the document checklist provided below.

  1. Pay Visa Application Fee:

Pay the visa application fee prior to submitting your documents. Attach the fee receipt to your application.

  1. Attend Appointment:

Attend your visa appointment punctually and ensure you have all required documents with you.

  1. Await Response:

After submitting your application, expect a response within 60 to 120 days. If approved, you will receive your visa to travel to the Czech Republic.

  1. Enter Czech Republic and Apply for Residence Permit:

Documentation confirming accommodation arrangements, such as a letter from the university, rental agreement, or sponsorship letter from a relative.

  1. Health Insurance:

Medical insurance covering the entire Schengen area.

  1. Criminal Records:

Document from local police authorities verifying a clean criminal record.
